Le Loop - supporting the William Wates Memorial Trust
Le Loop follows the official route of the Tour de France, one week ahead of the professionals and finishes 21 stages later in Paris
On 7th July 2026 I will head to France to join the peloton and ride the second, mountainous, half - 11 stages in 12 days through the Vosges, Jura and mighty Alps.
I will be raising money for the William Wates Memorial Trust (WWMT) - a brilliant charity - which I am involved with. Please support me. Your donations go 100% to the charity - they don't pay for my Tour.
WWMT helps the most disadvantaged young people keep away from a life of crime and violence and fulfil their potential. This is achieved by giving grants to charities that engage young people through the medium of sports, arts and education. It's work that changes lives and struggles to get funding in the current environment.
Every year, WWMT brings a few of the young people helped out to France to ride some miles in the peloton and tell their story to the group in the evening. It's very humbling
