'Torturing Myself' in the Mountains for Charity (What am I Thinking?)

I am raising money for the William Wates Memorial Trust.

I am fortunate to have been selected to ride the Tour de France route with Le Loop during Summer of 2025.

Le Loop is a charity bicycle tour event hosted by William Wates Memorial Trust. WWMT's mission is to provide athletic and educational opportunities to low-income youths from the UK.

I will try to survive bicycling the entire 3,340 km (2075 mi) route of this year's TDF route. That is roughly an average of 160 km (100 mi) each day. OUCH!

But I will not be alone;  another 100 brave amateur bicycle riders will join me on the 3-week adventure.  We will be riding the TDF route one week before the professionals athletes start.

Notes
1)
All donations go directly to WWMT. I have personally paid for all other fees, travel costs, and the baguette budget personally.

2) If the default donation values seem too large; feel free to make a smaller "espresso-sized" donation instead.

Words to Live By
1) "Find yourself is while getting lost during outdoor adventures." - Me

2) "This is will be an adventure with many highs and lows." - Me

3) "Am I allowed to quote myself?" - Me (again)
