Tour de France Cycle - in support of the William Wates Memorial Trust
In June 2024, I will be embarking on my craziest challenge to date...as I attempt to cycle the whole route of the Tour de France. 21 days, 3,492 kms and 52,320 meters of climbing, one week ahead of the pros.
I will be riding to raise money for the William Wates Memorial Trust, a fantastic charity that supports disadvantaged young people by giving grants to charities that engage young people through sports, arts and education.
All money raised goes directly to the William Wates Memorial Trust - the fundraised money is entirely separate from the participation costs - donations do not pay for my Tour (I will be paying that off for some time to come!)
All donations, no matter how small, are hugely appreciated and will be an enormous source of motivation on what are sure to be some very challenging times!
