Every Pedal Powers a Future 🚴
Imagine growing up with no safe spaces, no mentors, and no opportunities—where crime feels like the only option. That’s the reality for many young people today.
The William Wates Memorial Trust (WWMT) exists to change that. Through sports, arts, and education, WWMT gives disadvantaged young people the chance to break free from cycles of poverty and crime and discover their true potential. Every donation goes directly to the Trust—none covers my costs.
Gareth Griffiths & Anthony Franklin (team RBL) will:
Over 4 days in July, tackle 659km and climb 15,100m across iconic Tour de France stages, including the legendary Alpe d’Huez and Galibier. It will be gruelling—but nothing compared to the daily struggles these young people face.
Your support isn’t just a donation — it’s hope. It’s a chance for someone to dream bigger, to choose a different path, to build a future they never thought possible.
Please give what you can and help change a life today.
As the French say… ‘C’est magnifique!’ Hopefully about your generosity, not our suffering! 😉
