Le Loop - supporting the William Wates Memorial Trust

In July, l'll be riding Le Loop: four brutal days in the Alps, covering 650km with 15,100 metres of climbing. This isn't a scenic spin. It's long days in the saddle, relentless ascents, heat, fatigue, and the kind of effort that strips things back to basics.

I'm doing it to raise money for the William Wates Memorial Trust, a charity that supports disadvantaged young people through education, mentoring, and personal development. The Trust focuses on giving young people the confidence, skills, and opportunities they might otherwise never get. These are the kinds of foundations that quietly change the course of a life.

Every donation helps fund programmes that back young people when it matters most. If my legs can suffer a bit in the Alps to help make that happen, it's a trade I'm very happy to make.

Thank you for supporting the ride and, more importantly, the cause.
